Should I expect an email from CynthiaClawson.com after placing my order?
Yes. We will send you a notification email from store@cynthiaclawson.com with details regarding how to download your files. If you did not receive your notification email please check your spam filter.

Where can I download my files?
You can download your files from http://www.cynthiaclawson.com/store/downloads/login.aspx. You will need your email address used making your Paypal transaction and the appropriate Receipt Number or Transaction Id.

I never received my email from CynthiaClawson.com. What should I do?

I am logged in. How do I download my files?
Once you are logged in successfully you will see a list of files with download links in dark orange. Please click the links for all the files and save them to a known place on your Desktop or your Documents folder.

I have downloaded my files. How do I open a .zip file?

Recent versions of Windows and Mac OS X have direct support for .zip files.

  • Windows XP and later
    • Open the .zip file by double-clicking on it. This opens a window that shows you the files contained inside the .zip file.
    • Copy files out of the .zip file by dragging into your desktop or other folder of your choice.

  • Mac OS X 10.3 and later
    • Open the .zip file by double-clicking on it. This will allow the .zip file to act as a folder in the finder.
    • Copy files out of the .zip file by dragging into your desktop or other folder of your choice.
